In the mango orchards of 336 smallholder farmers in the south-east of the Indian state of Karnataka, the organic Alphonso variety mangoes ripen for our fruity Mango Curry Sauce. In every bottle, the flesh of half a mango meets our delicious, mildly spiced curry blend: gently slow-cooked with regional white wine vinegar, a little mustard, and a dash of cold-pressed rapeseed oil.

Hot chillies, a little garlic, and paprika: that's all it takes to slow-cook our southern Italian tomatoes with Aceto Balsamico di Modena into a full-flavoured salsa.
Tomato paste is the first ingredient. To that we add sun-dried tomatoes from Sicily for depth and umami. Apple cider vinegar and apple juice for a gentle, fruity acidity. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil for a smooth, rounded texture.
The result is a sauce with depth, fruitiness, and a pleasant heat — entirely without artificial additives, thickeners, or industrial sugar.

The Alphonso mango is considered one of the most aromatic mango varieties in the world. The aromatic Alphonso mangoes for our fruit sauce grow on organic mango plantations in southern India. They come from a sustainable project working with experienced smallholder farmers and are gently processed.
