Mustard is one of the oldest condiment pastes in the world. And in its basic form, radically simple: water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt. What makes the difference is not the ingredient list — it's the process. Our medium-hot mustard is cold-ground between granite stones weighing 500 kg. This preserves the essential oils of the mustard seed, which quickly evaporate under heat — and it is precisely these oils that give mustard its aromatic complexity and heat. The result is a mustard of raw food quality: full of essential oils, exceptionally aromatic, with a heat that gradually unfolds.

Sweet Organic Mustard — naturally sweet & without crystal sugar
Sweet mustard is a Bavarian original. And as with all originals, what matters is what makes it sweet. Others sweeten with brown sugar — or more precisely: with sugar, glucose syrup, and sugar beet molasses. Ours is sweetened with apple concentrate, pear concentrate, and genuine Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. This is not a trick — you can taste the difference. Fruity, deep, aromatic, with a gentle acidity that rounds rather than flattens.
Then there's the production itself: Bioland mustard seed from Germany, cold-ground between 500 kg granite stones over many hours. The essential mustard oils are preserved throughout. The result is a sweet mustard that is more savoury, more versatile, and more aromatic than anything ground industrially.
