Ketchups Less Sugar Greater Taste
Our ketchups contain over 80% tomatoes and no refined sugar. The modest 12% total sugars come naturally from the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and a touch of apple juice. We’ve eliminated typical ingredients like brandy vinegar and corn starch, replacing them with authentic Italian Aceto Balsamico di Modena and sun-dried tomatoes for a rich, smooth consistency. The result: premium quality ketchups that taste “homemade” rather than like industrial products—560g of tomatoes per bottle.

Ketchup without refined sugar – is that even possible?
Yes. You just have to let the tomato do the work.
80 % tomato in the jar: 78 % tomato puree from Emilia-Romagna plus 2 % sun-dried tomatoes from Sicily. Reduced until it thickens on its own. No corn flour. No spirit vinegar. No refined sugar. Not one single additive.
Organic rules allow over 50 additives. We use: zero.
The acidity comes from cider vinegar and 4 % Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. The sweetness comes from the tomato itself, from grape must and agave syrup: 12 g of sugar per 100 ml, around 35 % less than standard ketchup.

Smoked ketchup without smoke flavouring – can that work?
Yes. It just takes longer.
We smoke three ingredients separately over real beechwood: sea salt, garlic and paprika. Only then do they go into the ketchup. No liquid smoke. No smoke flavouring. No extract. Thyme and chilli round it off.
Underneath sits 79 % tomato, reduced until it thickens on its own, without corn flour, modified starch or xanthan. Acidity from cider vinegar and 4 % Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP. 12 g of sugar per 100 ml, from tomato, grape must and agave syrup only.
