Ketchups Less Sugar Greater Taste
Our ketchups contain over 80% tomatoes and no refined sugar. The modest 12% total sugars come naturally from the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and a touch of apple juice. We’ve eliminated typical ingredients like brandy vinegar and corn starch, replacing them with authentic Italian Aceto Balsamico di Modena and sun-dried tomatoes for a rich, smooth consistency. The result: premium quality ketchups that taste “homemade” rather than like industrial products—560g of tomatoes per bottle.

Tomato Ketchup — organic, tomatoey & with no added sugar
The tomatoes for our ketchup ripen under the sun of Emilia-Romagna, the Aceto Balsamico matures in the province of Modena, and the salted tomatoes for even greater depth of flavour dry on the hot soil of Sicily. Everything is gently slow-cooked in our organic manufactory in Freiburg — no compromises, no industrial ingredients.
No crystal sugar. No spirit vinegar. No cornflour. Not a single additive. The natural sweetness comes only from tomatoes, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, agave syrup, and spices. The result is an intensely tomatoey ketchup with clear fruitiness, a delicate acidity, and just 12% total sugar — around 35% less than conventional ketchup.

Smoky flavour in ketchups and BBQ sauces almost always comes from the same source: liquid smoke, a bottled smoke flavouring. Quick, cheap, standardised. Our Smoked Ketchup does things differently. Sea salt, garlic, and paprika are each individually smoked over real beechwood — every ingredient receives the smoking treatment that its flavour demands. The result is a smokiness that is complex, natural, and deep — not a uniform smoke flavour poured from a bottle.

With just 12% total sugar, our Smoked Ketchup is among the sugar-reduced organic ketchups. The sweetness comes exclusively from tomatoes, grape must in the Aceto Balsamico, and a little apple juice. We consistently avoid refined sugar, spirit vinegar, cornflour, thickeners, and any other additives.

A curry ketchup is only as good as its curry. And that starts with the question of what's actually in it. Other curry ketchups work with 1–2% of a generic curry blend made from paprika and mustard flour, diluted in water as the first ingredient. Our Red Curry Ketchup starts with 75% tomato paste — plus 5.5% sun-dried tomatoes — and a specially developed curry blend made from individually selected spices: hibiscus, fenugreek, coriander, turmeric, beetroot, cardamom, fennel, anise, and more.
