The German gourmet magazine Essen&Trinken describes the quality of our vegan mayo as follows: "Unfortunately there are far too many boring vegan products. The exception is the mayonnaise from Emils. It is so creamy that we can hardly believe that it really does not contain any egg. But it doesn't." Thank you! What great praise.
Our vegan mayos are made without egg, without egg substitutes, without thickeners and without soy - this makes them unique. Instead, we have developed our own recipe: virgin oil, white wine vinegar, almonds and apple juice. Apart from these basic ingredients, only spices are added. Our list of ingredients is as simple and short as that.
